Friends of a Stone mother-of-four found dead earlier this month have been left overwhelmed by the support pouring in for her young family.
Joshua Caird, aged 26 and also of Almond Road, has been charged with Miss Eastwood's murder and is due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on January 12.
As soon as news of the young mum’s death filtered out, friends set up a Facebook page, Donna Eastwood Remembrance and Donation, to help raise funds for her children Kevin, eight, Sally, five, Kym, two and 10-month-old Henry.
On top of more than £1,200 raised at a balloon and lantern release in Donna’s memory held at Stone recreation ground on Friday (October 24), all sorts of other amazing donations have been received.
Janine Baker is helping co-ordinate efforts, along with her daughter Lauren Britten, 25, who was friends with Donna.
The 51-year-old told News Shopper: "We have been offered free haircuts for the kids, a caravan holiday in Combe Haven and Xboxes, toys and clothes.
"Argos has donated bedding and we’ve got a guy doing a 30 mile sponsored run in eight hours.
"It’s given me my faith back in humanity. The lovers smother the haters, absolutely smother them.
"It’s absolutely amazing."
The grandmother-of-five, who lives in Milton Street in Swanscombe, says she thinks Donna would have been thrilled with the way the community has come together to support her children.

Ms Baker said: "I could just see her laughing in disbelief but also with pride because the main thing is we are doing this for the children.
"Donna was lovely and she always had a smile on her face."
Flowers have been left outside Donna's home in Stone and at the spot in Wilmington where her body was found.
Some of those who couldn't make the balloon release lit candles in their homes in memory of Miss Eastwood, many lighting four for each of her children.
Zoe Allcorn posted on Facebook:"Tonight was a very sad evening for many people to remember you, a very special lady.
"You were loved by so many and forever will be. R.I.P Donna, sleep well babe xxx."
