M25 congested anti-clockwise between junctions three and 1B
8:44am Thursday 21st February 2013 in Dartford & Swanley news By Robert Fisk
A BROKEN down Sainsbury’s lorry caused delays on the anti-clockwise stretch of the M25 this morning.
The lorry, which was broken down close to junction 1B, caused tailbacks to junction 3 at the Swanley Interchange.
Two lanes were shut whilst the lorry was recovered and motorists faced delays of up to 30 minutes travelling towards the Dartford tunnels.
Traffic was also seen queuing on the slip road to the M25 from the A2.
All lanes were re-opened at 8:30am but delays are still being experienced in the area.
