TWO men charged with the murder of Swanley woman Natalie Jarvis have denied the charge in court this morning.

Thomas Fuller, aged 23, of Oakley Drive, Eltham, and Adam Whelehan, aged 22, of Roseberry Gardens, Sidcup, both pleaded not guilty to murder at Maidstone Crown Court.

Appearing in front of Judge Philip Statman, the pair dressed smartly for the appearance during which they spoke only to confirm their name and address.

Family members of both the 23-year-old victim and the defendants packed out court two for the plea and case management hearing, which lasted around an hour.

Fuller and Whelehan will remain in custody to next appear at the same court on March 22 for a pre-trial review.

A trial date has been set for April 3.

Miss Jarvis was found on the ground in Swanley Village Road, in Swanley, after suffering stab wounds to her neck on October 3 last year.

A post-mortem examination confirmed she died from the stab wounds and a haemorrhage.
