Swanley collision update: 20-year-old Victoria Woodbridge dead

A YOUNG woman has died after being struck by a car in Swanley on Wednesday evening.

Twenty-year-old pedestrian Victoria Woodbridge was taken to King's College Hospital with serious head and pelvic injuries.

A brown Volkswagen Touran travelling in the direction of Sidcup collided with the victim at around 6pm in London Road near the junction with Brook Road.

Crash investigators are appealing for witnesses to contact Kent Police serious collision investigation unit on 01622 798538.
