Man in court over suspected V Festival fraud
A MAN accused of fraudulently selling more than £12,000 of festival tickets will stand trial at crown court.
David Anthony Fisher of Watermans Way in Greenhithe denied 31 counts of fraud by false representation at Dartford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (July 12).
The 42-year-old is accused of making more than £12,000 in cash and over the web between January 1 and August 21 in exchange for tickets for V Festival which he never had.
His case will be heard at crown court and Fisher was granted unconditional bail to return to Dartford Magistrates’ Court on September 6 for a committal hearing.
