A Woolwich pervert has admitted using his camera to film underneath women's skirts.

Fabian D Gama, 40, of Spearman Street, pleaded guilty at Bromley Magistrates’ Court to five acts of causing public outrage.

Gama was caught in the act at Boots on Lewisham High Street on July 26 last year using his camera to film underneath a woman's skirt.

Prosecutor Ashley Smith said: "A security guard saw the defendant sit behind a girl and was pointing his camera underneath her skirt.

"He did this for 20 seconds and this was the second time he had done this in the same day."

Neither of the women knew that they were being filmed.

A police officer stopped Gama while he was walking out of the store.

When stopped, Gama said: "I've been taking videos of women for websites.

"My work is making me redundant and I was going to sell these videos for cash."

Around 175 videos were found on Gama’s phone.

Police searched Gama's home but found no evidence of any of the videos being uploaded to the internet.

District Judge Robert Hunter deemed the magistrates’ court did not have the power to deal with the case.

Gama will therefore be sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court at a later date.
