The sentencing hearing for Louise Sonnex has been adjourned so that she can seek professional help for alcohol problems.
Sonnex, 41, of Etta Street in Lewisham, was given extra time to be assessed for an alcohol problem, after claiming she had not received a letter summoning her to the CRI charity.
Sporting her trademark leopard print, Sonnex was told that if she does not attend her next meeting, she will be arrested and brought to court.
Sonnex had previously pleaded guilty to charges of drink driving, driving without a licence or insurance, driving without care and attention and possession of cannabis.
Whilst three times over the drink drive limit, Sonnex drove a car into a double decker bus full of passengers.
The Sonnex family is well known in Lewisham, with Louise's brother, Dano, serving a life sentence for stabbing two French students to death.
When leaving court, Sonnex shouted at reporters: "You better stay the f*** away from me, if you lot carry on slandering my family I'll have your a****.
"You pair of w******, you should get a proper job, like a bricklayer or something."
Sonnex will be sentenced at the end of the month.
