A teenager was stabbed and police were pelted with bricks and glass as Christmas festivities turned nasty on Boxing Day.
Police were called to a property in Shroffold Road, Downham, at 3.39am on Friday after reports someone had been stabbed inside.
But police say that, when officers arrived at the building, those inside would not let them in.
Instead, they were attacked with bricks, glass and other items, it is claimed.
A spokesman for the Met Police said: "Fearing for the welfare of the injured man, officers forced entry to the property.
"Inside the property was a 15-year-old boy with a puncture wound to his stomach.
"He was taken to a south London hospital. His injury is non life threatening and he has since discharged himself from hospital."
Police say three men aged 18,19 and 20, all from Bromley, were arrested on suspicion of GBH and affray.
No officers were injured during the incident. Lewisham police are still investigating.
