Man with head injuries found lying in Greenwich street after assault
A 26-year-old was found lying in the street with serious head injuries following a suspected assault in Greenwich.
Police were called to Creek Road at 7am on Sunday (October 12) following reports of man collapsed in the street.
He was taken to a hospital suffering from serious head injuries where he remains in hospital in a stable condition.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Greenwich police are investigating and a 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
