Police have detained a 43-year-old man over a suspected sexual assault in Bexleyheath.
A 43-year-old man from Erith has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Bexleyheath.
The alleged incident happened at around 7.45pm yesterday in Bursted Wood by Erith Road.
The suspect remains in custody at a south London police station.
UPDATE: the suspect, Paul Wallis, has now been charged.
