A DOWNHAM 43-year-old has denied murdering his three-year-old nephew.
Ben Igbinedion, of Darent House in Brangbourne Road, is accused of murdering Daniel Evbuomwan at his home.
The toddler died at Lewisham Hospital on March 2.
A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as internal bleeding from injuries to the rib and pelvic region.
Igbinedion appeared at the Old Bailey yesterday (June 6) and pleaded not guilty to murder.
He was remanded in custody and a trail date set was for October 21
