Ladywell teenager stabbing: Boy charged with attempted murder

A 14-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged with attempted murder and is set to appear at Bromley Youth Court this morning (February 21).

The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of stabbing another 14-year-old boy in Dressington Avenue, Ladywell, on Monday night.

Youth workers who were nearby at the time of the incident rushed to the victim to assist providing him with emergency first aid before the London Ambulance Service arrived.

He was taken to a south London hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.

Two other boys, aged 14 and 15, were arrested over the incident and they have both been bailed pending further enquiries.
