Penge disturbance: Police will take no further action against suspects

THREE suspects who were arrested after a fight in Penge will not be charged after they did not co-operate with the police.
The three men – aged 56, 46 and 29 – were arrested on suspicion of assault and affray after an incident in Oakham Road at around 11.40pm last Thursday (January 31).
But in interview none of the men wished to make any allegations against the others so officers are taking no further action.
