A 28-YEAR-OLD man is set to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court tomorrow accused of assaulting people at a house in Beckenham.
Luke Nicholson, from Sevenoaks, has been charged with two counts of GBH with intent, one count of actual bodily harm and one count of possessing an offensive weapon.
Police were called to Ernest Grove at 8.40pm on Thursday night (Jan 24) after reports that a number of people had been assaulted.
Three ambulance crews and the medical team from London's Air Ambulance were also called to the scene.
Four patients were treated.
A 58-year-old man was taken to hospital suffering from injuries to his arm and stomach. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening, although he remains in intensive care.
A woman, 54, was taken to hospital with injured hands and a 29-year-old woman was taken to hospital with wounds to her hands and neck.
A short while later police arrested a 28-year-old man in Lloyds Way, Beckenham, on suspicion of attempted murder and GBH. He was treated for a head injury at hospital and then taken into custody.
Enquiries continue, led by officers from Bromley borough police's CID.
