TWO Greenwich brothers have been charged with the Woolwich murder of Marcus Innocent.
Richard Brennan, aged 28, and 21-year-old Jack Brennan, both of the Greenwich area, were charged yesterday (Jan 24) and will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court today.
Mr Innocent, 35, of Kingsman Street, Woolwich, was shot in Lord Warwick Street, Woolwich, on November 19 last year.
Police were called at around 6.20pm and London Ambulance Service attended but Mr Innocent was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem examination at Greenwich Mortuary on November 20 gave the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the stomach area.
Unemployed Perry Sutton, aged 24, of Green Street Green Road, Dartford, appeared in custody yesterday at Bexleyheath Magistrates' Court charged with murder and possession of a self loading pump action smooth bore gun.
Daniel Burgess, aged 32, of Weardale Avenue, Dartford, has also been charged with the murder and is due to appear at the Old Bailey on March 7.
