12 hour triathlon for local charity

I’m Nnamdi Samuels and I've been a London school counsellor for over 14 years, supporting a wide variety of children from differing cultural backgrounds.
My clinical practice enables me to work with various organisations and charities that facilitate my work and support my clients.
It is to this end that my colleague (Rachael Preston) and I will be attempting a 12-hour triathlon on December 7 from 8am – 8pm. It will be taking place at the One SE8 development, Deals Gateway, Deptford.
The charities we will be supporting this time round will be: The 999 Club and Bolan School of Music (Sierra Leone – West Africa) Based on information supplied by Nnamdi Samuels.
