The White Hart Orpington.
Peter Stewart came up with an idea a couple of months ago to create a fundraising event for Help For Heroes. All the staff got on board and took on various roles to help.
After a lot of advertising on social media, our video advert created by Kirstie Noronha gathered 2100 views.
We also had some help from local businesses that generously donated prizes for our raffle.
The night consisted of Fancy Dress, Bill the Till, A magician, the band Superfruit, and a raffle with some awesome prizes.
Overall we sold over 1000 raffle tickets and The manager Steve Rawlins and Pete Stewart were both sponsored to the tune of £484 to wear military style dresses. Our overall amount raised was £1088!
We'd like to thank everyone that helped make the night a success!
