Practical Car and Van Rental Dartford were DFC match day sponsor on Tuesday 8th October.
Amongst their 40 guests was Deputy Mayor Avtar Sandhu and Tony Saunders, a representative from chYps the children’s charity. Dartford drew one all. Theo Lewis put the visitors ahead in 17th minute, with Dartford’s newest signing Matt Godden equalising in the 29th minute. It was a very even game, which was reflected in the results, but both sides had chances to win in the last 10 minutes of the match.
Dartford Football Club’s chairman Bill Archer presented the rental company, who are associate sponsors of the club, with a signed shirt. The team at Practical, along with their guests, had the privilege of awarding man of the match to Lee Burns.
At the end of a success evening, Practical Dartford were pleased to hand over a cheque of £800 to Tony Saunders in aid of the chYps charity.
