Mr Penzias evacuated Germany with his younger brother during World Ward 2. He is one of the very few left to share his story.
Year 6 students from St Stephens Catholic Primary School, Welling, were lucky enough to have the opportunity to meet Mr Penzias.
He shared his memories of the War and gave the children the chance to ask questions. A fantastic experience that will be cherished.
