Woolwich Lions Club raises £500
Woolwich Lions Club presented Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice with a cheque for £500 on July 7 to mark the end of its 2013/14 charity fundraising for the Hospice that included bucket collections and curry nights.
The presentation was held at the Club’s base at Glyndon Community Recreation Centre in Plumstead and will help Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice to continue to provide specialist end of life care and support for local people.
