Over 25 gardens across The Royal Borough of Greenwich will open their gates to the public over the weekend of 14-15 June for the first ever Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice Open Gardens Festival to raise much-needed funds.
The Festival of Greenwich gardens includes a vibrant cottage garden abundant with shrubs and perennials, rambling formal gardens, a bustling community garden, a three-time winner of ‘Greenwich in Bloom’ and an elegant walled garden of box hedges and clipped pom-poms and there is also the opportunity to get your horticultural questions answered by seasoned gardeners at local allotments.
