A CAR boot sale has been held by the mother of a murdered teenager to raise money for her support group.
Lynne Booker, aged 53, from Plumstead, organised the event in Thomas Street, Woolwich.
It raised £158 for the Terry Booker Foundation, which provides support for mothers whose children have died in traumatic circumstances.
The foundation was set up by Ms Booker after her 19-year-old son, Terry, died in Plumstead in November 2000 after being attacked by a 16-year-old with a kitchen knife.
Ms Booker said: "I was very happy with the support shown by people and we were busy all day.
"We even had people coming to simply make a donation."
