Fox Hits The Hammer Chris Fox an experienced estate agent with Amax Estates in Gravesend was caught on Camera with Lucy Alexander from the popular BBC1 TV programme “ Homes under the hammer “ Chris was the property expert regarding a plot of land sold with planning permission in Eccles Kent.

The land was sold via Clive Emson land and property auctioneers in Maidstone.

Amax Estates and Clive Emson have a very good working relationship.

The plan is for the new owner to build a 4 bedroom house on the site and then sell it in the future.

You will be able to see the show on TV in about 4 months.

Chris has also recently been filmed at another project in Gravesend Town centre for Under the Hammer.

This was an end terrace house sold again at auction. The buyers have now converted it to a studio flat with a maisonette above. Amax will be acting on the sale and this show will be on the TV very soon.
