Proposals to redevelop a Deptford trading estate with new homes, commercial units and public space are going on show.
Developer Anthology plans to transform the derelict two-and-a-half acre Arklow Road Trading Estate with a mixed-use scheme.
It promises 300 affordable and private homes, new jobs and opening up the site to pedestrians and cyclists for the first time.
However, it has been unable to say yet what the proportion of affordable housing might be, or how high the new buildings will go.
Executive director Adam Gaymer said: "We have been engaging with the local community since we bought the site as we are keen to ensure that our plans deliver much-needed homes and act as a catalyst for regeneration in the area.
"Deptford has a great history and we want to ensure that our plans for Arklow Road will make a positive contribution to the area."
Exhibitions take place on April 16 at the estate from 4pm to 7pm, April 18 at the Deptford Lounge from 10am to 2pm and April 20 from 10 to 2pm at Harts Lane Studios
