A CITY broker who claimed he was bullied out of his job has had his £900,000 pay award cut.
Steven Horkulak, 40, has seen the amount awarded to him reduced to just less than £800,000 after his former employer, Cantor Fitzgerald, appealed.
Mr Horkulak, of Mead Road, Chislehurst, claimed Cantor's president Lee Amaitis regularly screamed obscenities at him.
The firm said he walked out because of a long history of stress and anxiety at work.
Daniel Naftalin, a partner with Mr Horkulak's solicitor Mishcon de Reya said: "Our client is obviously pleased with this decision which he sees as another victory against workplace bullying."
