HOUSE prices across the News Shopper region have increased significantly.
Average prices in Bromley have gone up by 18 per cent from last year, from £272,785 to £321,886, while Bexley has seen a nine per cent rise from £201,510 to £219,646.
Lewisham has seen the highest increase in the area, with a 21 per cent rise in the average house price from last year, from £221,381 to £267,871.
In Greenwich, the average price has gone up by 19 per cent from £229,304 to £272,872.
The data, released by the Halifax bank, shows huge price rises across the capital, with Hammersmith and Fulham seeing a 30 per cent rise to an average of £536,969.
