Orpington stolen motorbike death crash teenager George Turner sentenced

A TEENAGER whose friend died when the stolen motorbike they were riding crashed into a tree has been sentenced.
George Turner, of Berens Road, Orpington, was given a 12-month youth rehabilitation order and required to do 200 hours of unpaid work.
He was also given a three-month night time curfew.
The 18-year-old pleaded guilty at Croydon Crown Court to taking/being carried on a Honda Hornet without consent, which subsequently caused the death of a person.
His friend Dean Pennial was critically injured in the crash which happened in Bournewood Road, Orpington, on April 30.
The 17-year-old died in Kings College Hospital later that day.

And we're supposed to sympathise?
I hope this sentence knocks some sense into that poor kid that was a PASSANGER and had to witness such a horrific scene.
The way kids are dragged up these days I'm not surprised at such incidents.
