St Christopher's Hospice family fun day tomorrow

ST CHRISTOPHER'S Hospice hopes to welcome a record number of people to its annual family fun day tomorrow.

The event, which last year had more than 1,600 visitors, takes place from 11am to 4pm at the hospice in Lawrie Park Road, Sydenham.

Entertainment includes bands, dance troupes and magic shows as well as a dray horse and cart rides for children, along with a bouncy castle and face painting.

Community fundraiser for the hospice Rebecca Kemp says: "We can’t wait to welcome the local community for a day of fun once again. "St Christopher’s simply would not be able to operate without the support of the community; we are so grateful for all the support we receive and we hope to see you on June 23."
