A MOTORIST had to be taken to hospital after the car he was driving hit a pillar in St Paul’s Cray.
The man had to be cut out of his silver Suzuki estate by firefighters after the accident which happened in Leesons Hill, near the junction of Sunnyfield Road, at around 3.30pm yesterday (June 12).
At first it was thought his injuries were life threatening.
But a Bromley police spokesman says the man’s injuries are no longer deemed to be life threatening nor life changing.
The road was closed for about three hours.
