Bromley College buttock stabbing suspects will not be charged Bromley College buttock stabbing suspects will not be charged

THREE youths who were suspected of stabbing a student in the buttock at Bromley College will not be charged.

The teenagers, aged 16, 17, and 19, from Lewisham, were arrested shortly after a 19-year-old man was stabbed at the college in Rookery Lane, Bromley Common, at around 12.40pm on February 7.

They reported to Bromley police station yesterday (May 9) and were told police will be taking no further action against them.

The stabbing victim was taken to the Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough, after the incident and was discharged shortly afterwards.

He is a student at the college, as are the three who had been under investigation.

Innocent until proven guilty anyone?
If they didn't get charged and didn't get found guilty they are innocent. If they did do it and there isn't enough evidence to get a conviction. The police messed up. The joys of democracy..

How is this 'result' the fault of Boris? or does he 'part-time' at Bromley Nick? I'd have thought it was down to the failure of the Local Plod and/or lack of evidence? What's the bet that these three 'Gangsters' are going to be in the news some time later on, eh?

Probably down to the lilly livered CPS. I see that Bromley Police now have a Twitter page to keep us informed as to what they get up to. Perhaps a question on there might help.

I bet the guy who was stabbed withdrew his statement leaving them with hardly any decent evidence to prosecute with.Remember everything is about costs and value for money to the tax payer. If the cps doesnt think they will get a decent result in court they have to weigh up if its in the tax payers interests to use that money in that way.
