BROMLEY Police are appealing for information about stolen bicycles worth more than £6,000.

The distinctive bikes were stolen from a summer house in Percy Road, Penge, overnight between April 12 and 13.

One of the bicycles was a black BZ Trek 800 track mountain bike worth £6,000 and the other is a black ladies streak professional bike worth £200.

They both have large colourful rear carrier boxes on the back.

Anyone with any information on the burglary, or who has any information on the bikes, should contact DS Gary Gornell at Bromley Police's CID on 020 8284 8859 or crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
