A 23-YEAR-OLD man is set to appear in crown court accused of setting fire to a train.
Martin Booker has been charged with arson following an incident on a train between Crystal Palace and Norwood Junction on February 2.
CCTV released by British Transport Police showed a man setting fire to a pile of newspapers in a carriage.
The carriage filled with smoke and the train had to be taken out of service.
