DEVELOPERS are holding a two day consultation event about their £150m plan for the old GlaxoSmithKline site in Beckenham.
Property firms Essential Land and Altyon, in partnership with Delancey, propose to tear down all the buildings on the former home of research and development of the pharmaceutical company.
In their place on the 26.6 acres of land they hope to build a mixture of housing, offices and leisure facilities.
And plans for the grounds include preserving the existing trees and greenery while creating a cricket ground with pavilion and lawns set in six acres of open space with the River Beck running through the estate.
The consultation will be held at The Pavilion, Langley Court, Beckenham, on Saturday (May 21) and next Wednesday (May 25).
