CUCUMBER sandwiches, honey coated sausages and strawberries were just some of the delicious cuisine on offer at a garden party.
Around 50 members of the Bromley Town Twinning Association attended its annual celebration at hosts David and Lynne Noble’s home in Coney Hill Road, West Wickham.
The event commemorates the town’s links with Neuwied in Germany, which it has been twinned with since 1987.
Association chairman Peter Brown said “This is always a very enjoyable event for members to meet together and raise funds for the association’s twinning activities.”
Information about joining the association, which has a varied social calendar including trips to Germany, should call membership secretary Ralph Skelton on 020 8290 5547 or email ralph.skelton@lineone.net
