THIS is the first picture of Graham Thwaites, the tragic cyclist killed less than a kilometre from his family home.
The picture of the 51-year-old, father-of-two has been released by police as they issue another plea for information about the accident.
Mr Thwaites of Petersham Drive, St Paul's Cray, was hit by a blue Mitsubishi Shogun in Leesons Hill shortly after 8.30pm on Thursday night (September 18).
He was taken to King's College Hospital where he died at 1.48am the following morning.
A Vauxhall Vectra was stopped in neraby Beddington Road and the four men inside aged between 22 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
A Mitsubishi Shogun was found abandoned in Cricket Ground Road, Chislehurst a few hours later.
A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after handing himself into police on Friday (September 19).
The five arrested men have been bailed to return on January 21.
Sergeant Simon Seeley, leading the investigation, said: "We believe there was an incident involving a Blue Shogun and a blue Vauxhall Vectra, at an earlier set of traffic lights.
"Both cars then travelled at speed along Leesons Hill when the collision occurred.
"Neither vehicle stopped at the scene, but both have since been traced.
"I would ask anyone who was in the area and could help identify those people in the Vectra, in particular describe who was driving at the time and saw either the collision or events immediately before or after it to get in touch with us."
Anyone with information should contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 020 8285 1574 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
