An investigation has been launched into the cause of a fire at a block of maisonettes in Mottingham.
Two fire engines and 10 firefighters were called to the property at 5.16am on Tuesday (April 24).
A London Fire Brigade spokesman said: "A small part of a maisonette on the third and fourth floor was damaged by the fire. Two adults and two children left the property before the arrival of the brigade.
"There were no reports of any injuries."
The brigade had the fire under control by 5.41am and an investigation is now underway to discover how it started.
