Free Tai-Chi lessons are being held at a community centre in Deptford.
The lessons will take place at the Deptford Lounge, on Giffin street, tomorrow at 10am.
Every Wednesday there will be a lesson at the same time.
Tai-Chi uses deep breathing techniques and flowing movements to help promote relaxation. It was originally a martial art in 13th-century China, but today is used to help people keep healthy.
Anybody is welcome to come to the lessons regardless of health, fitness ability or age.
Deptford Lounge is an award-winning community hub with a range of services and facilities available for all to use.
All spaces on each level are fully accessible for wheelchair users with accessible toilets and shower facilities also available.
