A woman was head-butted on a train from London Victoria to Orpington, injuring her mouth and requiring her to have dental treatment.

The victim, a 22-year-old woman, was on the train with her friend at about 12.18am on Friday, October 28.

She became involved in a verbal altercation with another passenger, who she did not know.

The man walked towards her down the carriage and became very aggressive.

He then threatened the victim and head-butted her in the face, before getting off the train at Petts Wood station.

Officers would like to speak to the man shown in the image as he may have information which could help with the investigation.
