Darrick Wood school has been taking precautions after a pupil was allegedly assaulted
A pupil was reportedly sexually assaulted near Darrick Wood senior school in Orpington yesterday morning (October 6).
The school administration circulated an email to parents in the afternoon telling them an assault had taken place in an alleyway between Crofton Avenue and Grange Road and the alleyway between Foxfield Road and Darrick Wood Road.
The message from headteacher Dr Airey read: "I do not wish to alarm you but considered it important to bring this matter to your attention."
Parents are being asked to contact the school with any further information they would like to pass on.
