A cyclist was rushed to hospital this afternoon after he was hit by a car in Wickham Road.
He was treated at the scene for injuries to his arm before being taken to hospital in an ambulance.
The London Ambulance Service (LAS) was called at 12.35pm to the junction of Wickham Road and Langland Gardens.
The LAS sent a single responder in a car, an ambulance crew and an advance paramedic.
The London Fire Brigade was called at 12.59pm to reports of a person trapped but found when they arrived that wasn't the case and left at 1.29pm.
The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the crash but reopened around 3pm.
