Bromley is the happiest News Shopper London borough to live in, according to a survey.
Estate agents Rightmove questioned Londoners on local community spirit, friendliness of their neighbours, the quality of sporting facilities, safety, transport and green space.
And out of the 32 London boroughs, Bromley is ranked in 3rd place, with Greenwich trailing in 9th, Bexley 18th and Lewisham 21st.
Richmond tops the chart with the most smiles from residents, while Barking and Dagenham finishes rock bottom.
