A 23-year-old man from Greenhithe has denied attempted murder, following a stabbing in St Paul's Cray, Orpington, in October last year.
The stab victim, who is also 23, was attacked in Chipperfield Road at 6pm on Saturday, October 10.
He was rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
Wayne Murley, also known as Wayne Price, was arrested at the scene and later charged with attempted murder.
The London Road resident appeared at Croydon Crown Court this morning (January 29) and also pleaded not guilty to three counts of making threats to kill.
Murley will return to the same court for trial on March 14.
