Knock-on delays are expected for Southeastern services through Chislehurst after earlier signalling problems.
The line has now reopened but delays and alterations are expected until 11am.
Southeastern say the closure was because of a track circuit failure at Chislehurst which caused congestion due to the London bound line being blocked.
