A man has been left 'seriously injured' after being hit by a car in Orpington.
Met Police were call to reports of a pedestrian hit by a car in Farnborough Way shortly before 10am this morning (July 5).

London Ambulance Service (LAS) crews treated the man at the scene before he was flown to the Royal London Hospital by the London Air Ambulance.

An LAS spokesman said: "We sent two ambulances to the scene and the London Air Ambulance.
"Paramedics treated and stabilised the man at the scene before he was flown to the Royal London Hospital."
A police spokesman added: "The injuries are serious but would not be described as life threatening at this stage."
