Three young men were stabbed and one assaulted in Bromley this morning (June 27), in events which the police believe to be linked.

Three people have been arrested following the ‘fight’, which happened between 1am and 2am, in the Bromley Common area.

The four youths, aged 17-20, were all hospitalised, and remain in a ‘stable’ condition.

It follows reports of a party having taken place on the common last night.

One Hastings Road resident, who asked not to be named, told News Shopper there were a group of "at least a hundred" young people in the area last night.

News Shopper:

She said: "I saw loads and loads of kids running around.

"I just heard people shouting and screaming.

"When I looked out there was a huge group, must have been at least 100 people.

"Then when I woke up there was police tape around."

She said a gathering had taken place behind the nearby stables on Bromley Common, and she could hear it from her home.

Her neighbour added: "At 8 o'clock last night there were kids on the green, but they weren't doing anything.

"They weren't drinking.

"They were just having a giggle, then off they went."

The first victim, a 17-year-old boy, was hospitalised after Met Police were called to reports of an assault in Hastings Road.

Both youths were taken to south London hospitals.
