Trains between Elmers End and Hayes disrupted due to vehicle striking bridge
Trains between Elmers End and Hayes were disrupted after a vehicle struck a bridge, this afternoon (April 23).
Services to and from these stations were delayed or revised due to the vehicle crashing into the bridge between Elmers End and Eden Park.
The disruption lasted until around 1.30pm.
Rail passengers could use their tickets on Tramlink services between East Croydon and Elmers End, Southern services between London Bridge and East Croydon and London Buses on any reasonable route.
