Police have confirmed they have found a 'high risk' pensioner who went missing from Downham.
Joel Francis, 83, was went missing yesterday (February 24) at 5.30pm from Woodbank Road.

His disappearance sparked a wide overnight search, including street searched by officers and using the help of the police helicopter.
Mr Francis suffers from dementia and there were concerns for his safety.
