Young actors will get the chance to tread the boards at The Churchill Theatre in Bromley and other professional stages in London.

The Churchill’s Creative Learning Team is holding free casting workshops on October 13 and 20 for a new show as part of next year’s National Theatre Connections Festival.

Last year, the theatre performed Sam Holcroft’s The Wardrobe.

The team is looking for young people who live, work, study or train in Bromley and are in Year 9 and upwards, particularly 16 to 19-year-olds, who have a real passion for drama and performing or stage management and technical.

No experience is necessary, just lots of commitment.

The workshops take place from 5pm to 7pm in the Churchill’s Studio.
