TWO childcare groups have received national approval.
Bromley Early Years and Childcare Service and Bromley Mencap have been recognised for four of their programmes.
The National Childminding Association's Children Come First quality assurance scheme made the approval .
The organisations have four services in operation, with around 50 registered childminders assigned to them.
The childminders offer specialist support for families in need across the borough.
The services are the Special Needs Network and the Community Network, both provided by the Early Years Childcare Service and Bromley Mencap Network and Bromley Mencap Network Plus.
Councillor Ernest Noad, Bromley's executive member for children and young people, said: "These networks are a positive factor in ensuring the provision of high quality childcare in Bromley."
