DANCERS marked 10 years of their group with a celebratory performance and a look back at the highlights of the past decade.

Youngsters from Magpie Dance, a disabled dance company based at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley, shared what they had worked on at the summer school with a packed audience of parents, friends and VIPs.

This was followed by refreshments and a presentation from Magpie’s artistic director and founder Avril Hitman.

Youth patron Kellie Shirley (pictured above) could not make the party as she is rehearsing for a West End play but speaking beforehand she said: “Knock em dead today with your sharing - I know it'll be brilliant. I love being the youth group patron.

“I look forward to seeing what the next 10 years brings from this exciting company of talented dancers."
